My name is Sarah Brownbridge and I live and work at my home in Selby.

I have always had pet dogs which I enjoy brushing and grooming to keep them looking their best.


In 2005 I completed a Higher National Diploma in Animal Management at Askham Bryan college and earlier this year travelled to Shropshire for a month to complete my City and Guilds training programme in Dog grooming.

There I learnt about all the different breeds and their coat types and the types and styles of cuts for specific breeds.

I also learnt about parasites and other skin problems that can affect dogs and how best to treat a dog to minimise the risk of them occuring.

I know that it is sometimes hard to ascertain that a dog has a skin or other underlying problem and that having your dog thoroughly checked over and groomed by a professional can help uncover these problems before they become serious.

All the equipment that I use is of the highest standard and my grooming salon is a safe and hygienic environment for all your dog care needs.

I have a great love of all dogs and will do my upmost to ensure that their experience with me at Dogtopia will be enjoyable and relaxing.
